Band members from Foals and Friendly Fires have teamed up to their their once-every-so-often club night into a full blown record label.
Jack Savidge from Friendly Fires and Ed Congreave from Oxford based band Foals have decided to launch the dance label as a way of releasing their own music as well as music by bands and acts they’re helping to promote.
The two already run the successful Deep Shit club night and often DJ together so it makes sense that they’d put their minds together to help out other musicians the like. They will of course also be using the label to put out their own music including Congreave’s next solo track Heal which will be released on 17th September.
And when he’s not setting up record labels and recording his own material Congreave is also back in the studio with his band working on their next album which rumour has it we can expect towards the end of the year.
