Like Champagne? Like Cheese? Stupid questions, I know, but how much do you really know about either of these beauties?

If like me your knowledge is pretty minimal then a masterclass from the brilliant people at French Bubbles where you an get to grips and taste different Champagnes made from several different grapes and regions might be just what you need.

The hour-long class will take you through everything you need to know about Champagne and to soak up the alcohol you’ll get a tasty selection of French cheeses to eat.

As far as pop-ups go this one looks pretty tempting and it’ll be taking place at The Anthologist until 14 November.
