Believe it or not the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford has been open for a year and to celebrate they’re hosting a series of free events this weekend.
Now that the Olympics are over and done with and the crowds have died down there’s never been a better time to hit the shops and if you head to Westfield this weekend you’ll be met by everything from free cupcakes to flash sales at some of your favourite shops.
The party kicks off tomorrow (Friday 21st September) with magicians, mime artists, shopper bag and party hat decorating, market stalls and free popcorn and candy floss and will be continuing through Saturday and Sunday.
If you head down make sure you pick up a special 1st Birthday booklet which will have lots of money off vouchers and discounts in some of your favourite stores.
It essentially sounds like a child’s 5th Birthday party complete with discounted shopping and let’s be honest, who can say no to that.
