Here’s some exciting news for all you music lovers out there, Bloc Party are going to be playing a free gig in London tomorrow (22nd August).

The gig has been arranged at the last minute to celebrate the fact that their new album, Four, is already at number 1 in the midweek charts and will take place at Birthdays in Dalston.

Now if you want to be there you don’t need to worry about entering any ballots of winning any competitions you just have to be there and entrance is judged on a first come first served basis.

With doors opening at 7:30pm you’ll want to get there pretty damn early as free gigs being put on by a band as big as Bloc Party isn’t something that happens every day so demand will be high.

If you’re lucky enough to make it in the gig will start at 8.30pm and will no doubt feature the band playing lots of the new album tracks including their most recent single Octopus.
