Watch the cracking video for Foster The People‘s new single Houdini from directing duo Daniels.

The pair of Daniels (Kwan and Scheinert) that make up the duo have been near unstoppable since their win for Video of the Year at the UK Music Video Awards last year for Manchester Orchestra’s Simple Math and this is their second video for FTP.

Well technically it’s their first as Houdini has been completed for a year and was made before their video for Don’t Stop, with the label delaying release due to the phenomenal success of the band’s album.

Technically impressive and with a tonne of ideas spurred into action as we see the band killed off in the first moments of the video and replaced in an ingenious manner of ways. Look out for the green screen dude precariously positioned at the snack table for maximum hilarity.

Foster The People played three sold out shows at Brixton Academy over the weekend and will be back for Reading and Leeds in August.
