First Aid Kit are back with the tribal and ominous ‘Wolf’ and a video to boot.

The girls dance around in what look to be sacrificial robes to a heavy drum and chanting chorus.

We are loving the dreamlike and kaleidoscopic video for the new single out now on Wichita. It was shot in the forest of Järvsö, Hälsingland in Sweden and directed by Johan Söderberg.

First Aid Kit said of the video, “It’s about our destruction of the planet, but it’s also about finding the animal within you. Because we know that underneath that polished, civilized exterior there is definitely a wild creature longing to howl or roar.”

Wolf is now available as a single via all major digital retailers, including iTunes and Amazon.
