So the Olympic Games are over but Heathrow airport still have one more surprise in store for athletes who are flying home this week. They’ve converted a terminal into a London park complete with benches and grass to bid them farewell. (Here)

You may not have realised it but just hours before the Olympic Ceremony took place the biggest fire London has seen for years broke out in Dagenham. The fire was so big that smoke from it was visible from the Stadium. (Here)
