The new track is called What I Know I Know With You and is taken from Whelan’s latest EP, Never Be So Wicked, No More As You Once Were which is due for release on 13th August.
After releasing his debut EP at the end of 2010 Yorkshire native Whelan has been gaining the attention of music lovers around the UK as well as picking himself up fans in radio DJ Steve Lamacq and the guys over at XFM.
After releasing his debut single in April 2012 the singer, who’s music is described as ‘melancholy gospel, tender and forgiving’, is hoping to gain the attention of even more fans with his newest releases.
