Entourage is one of our favourite TV shows and so we’re delighted to hear the news today that the film version is edging ever nearer.

As you’ll probably know the TV show took a behind the scenes look of what it’s like to be a young actor in Hollywood and what it’s like to be that certain young actors bandit of best friends.

While the film has yet to be given the green light by HBO the script is apparently finished and they’re now waiting for sign off before signing Adrien Grenier and co up for the big screen adaption.

According to a report over on Deadline today the film version is going to be much the same as the TV show, picking up 6 months on from where the show ended. This will include seeing the guys partying and sleeping their way around Hollywood and looking at how all of their careers have developed.

As you’ll know if you ever watched Entourage some huge names cameoed in the show so hopefully there will be some equally recognisable faces popping up in the film.
