After the underground success of their collaboration, Lately, Devlin and Ed Sheeran have teamed up for a new track, (All Along The) Watchtower.
The video for the track, which plays out as more of a gritty London short film, sees Sheeran being shot in the stomach following a bank robbery.
It’s been quite a long time since we heard anything from Dagenham based rapper Devlin who burst onto the music scene a few years ago and quickly fizzled into obscurity but we reckon with a little help from pal Sheeran he could well and truly be back on course for some chart success.
We’re really liking this video and it’s good to see the ginger singer doing something a bit more gritty for once however whoever thought it’d be a good idea to have the actors talking over a large percentage of the song were poorly informed because it gets kind of annoying after a while.
