If you were passing through Curtain Road earlier today there’s a good chance you may have spotted a couple of dinosaurs.
Not real dinosaurs of course, mechanical ones like the picture above. If you were wondering what they hell they were doing there (and if you weren’t wondering what kind of world do you live in?!) then we have the answer.
The dinos were created by a man called Alex Wright or as he is sometimes called Wreckage. They were created for Mutate Britain a collaboration between Mutoid Waste Company and the Cordy House. From what we know the machines have been designed for a new event, perhaps a festival, although we wouldn’t want to swear our lives on it.
Either way it seems like the guys who knocked them up are taking them for a stroll through Shoreditch so go and take a look if you’re about. It’s the nearest you’ll probably ever get to a moving dinosaur.
