Ginger Spice, or as well all know her now, Geri Halliwell was spotted on the tube for the first time in 17 years yesterday. We’re surprised she even remembered the last time she used it.

She said that she found the experience ‘liberating’ which we’re sure we would too if we only had to do it once every 17 years.

Most likely a PR stunt, Geri was generally tweeting about her tube experience which lasted all of one stop and judging by the number of people on the platform it was certainly not rush hour.

Her tweets about her tube ride didn’t go down very well with us bitter regular tube riders. To Geri’s Tweet of ‘‘Loved it!!i’m a Londoner! I’m liberated!!’ someone replied “You don’t get a say if you do it once in a decade, Geri. xx”.
