Love them or hate them there is no doubt they have been on trend for a while now. Creepers are where it’s at. Adding that little bit of height and that awful lot of cool to pretty much any outfit.
So if you are a fan then you will be pleased to know that Underground – one of the main creeper sellers in London are teaming up with Rock the Belles to put on a launch night full of creeper giveaways.
There are two dates to this, firstly the 25th October at Berwick Street Soho Store where Underground are having a month long residency and secondly on the 26th Ocotber when Rock The Belles put on a big fat party at the Notting Hill Arts Club featuring Arlissa, Jessica Symonds and more.
Nineteen-year-old Londoner Arlissa wrote Hard to Love Somebody, which which made its way to Nas. The rapper asked to turn the song into a duet, flying Arlissa out to LA to watch him record his mainly improvised verses. Arlissa is now one of the most talked about new artists in the UK. The single with Nas (Hard To Love Somebody) is out 25th Nov.
And Jessica Symonds is a 21-year-old singer/songwriter from South London with a powerful, husky voice and magnetic stage presence, who’s reminiscent of all the great Diva’s rolled into one. She grew up in a multicultural household on the bohemian and bustling border of Brixton and Stockwell, which she feels influences her unique, candid and narrative approach to lyricism.
Other than these two you can also expect to see Beaupierre live and DJs Emily Rawson and Fearney.
