It’s been one of the biggest hits of the year so far and now Chronicle is to get a sequel according to reports today.
Released at the beginning of February the ‘found-footage’ style film focuses on a group of young boys who find that they possess potentially destructive super powers. The film topped $100 million at the Box Office making it a huge success so naturally Fox were keen to push for a sequel and according to Deadline the films writer Max Landis has already signed a deal to write the script for the second film.
In other Chronicle based news the films director Josh Trank is apparently in talks to direct a Spider-Man spin off, Venom.
