Here’s the first look at Chris Hemsworth in the new Ron Howard directed Formula One film, Rush.

The film is set during the 70s and focuses on the rivalry between the British driver James Hunt (played by Hemsworth) and his German rival Niki Lauda who nearly dies in a car crash during 1976. Also starring Olivia Wilde, Natalie Dormer and Daniel Brühl Rush isn’t expected to be released until 2013 so you’ll have a little while to wait to see much more than this picture from the film.
