Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced they will be releasing a new covers EP on 1st May.
Named We Salute You the EP will feature covers of some of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ favourite tracks such as songs by The Ramones, The Beach Boys, David Bowie and Iggy and the Stooges.
Featuring six tracks the new EP aims to show off some of the bands biggest influences which includes a couple of tracks that the band have previously released before.
The track listing for We Salute You looks like this:

2. ‘Havana Affair’ (The Ramones)
3. ‘Search & Destroy’ (Iggy and the Stooges)
4. ‘Everybody Knows This is Nowhere’ (Neil Young) (live)
5. ‘I Get Around’ (The Beach Boys) (live)
6. ‘Suffragette City’ (David Bowie) (live)
