Columbia Records has announced today that Bob Dylan has finished the recording of his new studio album, “Tempest.” This latest release will come as the 35th LP from his fifty year long career. So if anyone thought that Dylan’s “It Must Be Santa” video/fiasco in 2009 was a sign that his career was coming to an end, they were definitely mistaken. His Royal Bobness won’t be calling it quits for a while yet.
As a folk legend, and arguably one of the greatest song writers of the century, the 70 year old singer’s new album (which is set to be released on September 10 in the UK), is eagerly awaited.
Dylan is currently completing his European tour after headlining the second night of Benicassim this weekend, and Hop Farm Festival earlier this year. He is also expected to be playing a full UK tour next year.

- Duquesne Whistle
- Soon After Midnight
- Narrow Way
- Long and Wasted Years
- Pay In Blood
