If you were passing through Victoria Park or the main area of UCL over the weekend there’s a good chance that you may have spotted some very colourful and oddly shaped sculptures.
Well if you were wondering just what the F they are we have the answer. The sculptures are part of a new project called Bloom, which was thought up by the Bartlett School of Architecture, who are trying to bring a bit of colour to the city this London.
The team have left a number of flexible building blocks around various London locations and are inviting passersby to slot the blocks together as they wish, adding to other peoples already started creations. The idea is that the more people get involved the bigger the sculptures become and the more interesting they get. In a nutshell it’s basically interactive outdoor art.
The next set of blocks are due to be dropped off in Trafalgar Square so if you’re passing through make sure you stop off and leave your mark on this new London trend.
