Biffy Clyro has told BBC Radio 6 Music that they are working on some ‘obscure’ new material for their sixth studio album.
During the interview the band said their new tracks have been inspired by goth rock and prog country amongst other slightly odd music genres. The bands frontman Simon Neil said that so far they had recorded 30 tracks and could even end up releasing a double album to accommodate all the new stuff although he didn’t give any hints away about when exactly we might be able to get our hands/ears on some of it.
