Stingin’ Belle is the first chance fans of the Scottish rock band will have to hear the type of thing they might be able to expect from their forthcoming double album Opposites.

Believe it or not it’s been three long years since we heard any new music from Biffy Clyro but we reckon after hearing this track it’s been worth the wait. Ok so it’s not hugely different from the material released from their last album Only Revolutions but it’s certainly taking a big step forward and it seems the band have really ironed out the type of sound they want to represent on this new album. We’re also fans of the bagpipe section at the end. Very patriotic lads.

If you like what you hear don’t forget the band will be playing at the iTunes Festival at London’s Roundhouse venue on 22nd September.
