The BFC and Vogue Fashion Fund submissions are now open for 2013. This a great opportunity for anyone with their eye on a self made fashion career.
So long as you have a few things necessary for sign up for example a business plan, a PR marketing and sales strategy you can submit a profile for the chance to get a grant to help get your fashion business off the ground. Be aware that you do need to have an established business based within the UK as well as UK and international stockists and support from key media already.
The Fund was launched by BFC Chairman Harold Tillman in September 2008 as a legacy project for the BFC’s 25th anniversary celebrations. There are many top named chains, shops and more that support the fund including House of Fraser, Paul Smith, TONI & GUY, Topshop, Vogue and Westfield Shopping Towns and more.
Each year one British based designer will receive the £200,000 fund and access to high level mentoring to make their business a success.
