Wandsworth Borough Police have increased patrols in Battersea Park after One Direction’s Niall was attacked by an angry squirrel.

The young singer is on crutches after apparently running away from a furious squirrel that clearly didn’t like his music in Battersea Park.

We’re not actually sure whether Wandsworth Police are joking or not but they tweeted earlier today that they were stepping up their game after the incident.
