It has been announced this morning that the brilliant Band of Skulls will support Kasabian for their small warm up show at Brixton Academy.

Everyone’s been pretty excited since Kasabian announced that they would play the intimate (for them) venue as a warm up before their festival appearances at Leeds and Reading but the fact that you get both Kasabian and Band of Skulls for your buck is even more exciting.

Kav also supports who are a smaller band but seem to be getting those that know them excited. They can certainly play a guitar so they’ll fit in with the other two just fine.

In fact with all this talk we really really want to go. Right – I’m off to buy some tickets.
