Chris Brown often divides public opinion and now a new app has been launched that allows you to ban Chris Brown from your internet searches forever.
Despite being one of the biggest selling male artists around Brown has lost favour with a lot of people following his assault on his then girlfriend Rihanna. Following the assault Brown was caught up in a series of angry brawls including a well documented fight with fellow singer Drake in a night club a few months ago. The singer also thought it would be a good idea to get a tattoo of a beaten woman’s face on his neck probing questions about whether it was supposed to be Rihanna or not. Basically he’s pretty much done himself no favours.
Hate towards the singer is nothing new however following the tattoo people acting out against him seems to be at an all time high. Just earlier this week an anti-domestic violence group snuck into HMV stores and put singers on his CDs reading ‘Do not buy this album, this man beats women’. And now a Canadian company have launched an app which allows you to remove all mentions of Brown from the internet.
It’s brilliantly been called Brownout and follows on from the companies Nickleblock app which as you may remember they launched last year in a move against aging rockers Nickelback.
