The newest tour to London is the Bikeminded Alice in Wonderland tour taking place next week in Kensington and Chelsea.
These tours are pretty unique in the fact that they include a whole two hour performance that takes place on bikes as actors and audience cycle around the borough of Kensington and Chelsea to different locations as a play progresses.
For tour and two hour theatre performance you only have to pay £8 for adults and £4 for children (only suitable for those over 11).
The tour is put on by Bikeminded, the cycling campaign run by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the Exquisite Folly Theatre Company and there are 6 date options to take part in from 18th-22nd July.
With the streets of Kensington and Chelsea as their backdrop, during each performance seven actors and the audience will together peddle into the fantasy world of Alice, weaving their way through the park spaces and hidden corners of the borough as the story unfolds.
As Alice and the White Rabbit lead the way in this interactive theatrical cycling odyssey, audiences will be transported back to the 1930s with many twists and surprises throughout the specially adapted performance.
The two hour tour starts at Cremone Gardens, in Chelsea by the River Thames and comes to a close at Holland Park. Tickets can be booked beforehand here.
