If you like snogging and time-travel, you’ll be glad to know there’s a new movie about both, ‘A Thousand Kisses Deep’, coming out this week.
The cast for the film includes rising star Jodie Whittaker (the one that played Anne Hathaway’s drunken northern friend, Tilly, in ‘One Day’), Emilia Fox and Dougray Scott (Arthur Miller in ‘My Week with Marilyn’).
Mia (Whittaker) is coming home one day when she witnesses her elderly neighbour committing suicide. But the biggest question for Mia is not, ‘why did she do it?’ but ‘why does this dead bint have a photo of my boyfriend in her possession?!’ With a little bit of exploration, Mia discovers her neighbour is actually…
HERSELF… in the future.
That’s because the building where Mia, and her future-self live, is a time machine. Dun, dun, duhhhh!
We think it looks like an interesting film, if a little bit cringesome in places. There is one scene in the trailer where Mia from the present watches Mia and on-off boyfriend from the past DOING THE DEED. We’re blushing as we write this.
‘A Thousand Kisses Deep’ is released on June 15th in UK cinemas.
