The Hawksmoor is on fire at the minute with a new one due to open in Spitalfields next month.

The restaurant will seat 60 people with interiors done by architects Macaulay Sinclair.

The new bar will have a cocktails like that will include five drinks that will change regularly in addition to a full cocktail list.

On the menu will be short-rib French dip, fried oyster roll, chilli cheese and other Hawksmoor hot dogs along with onion rings, chicken wings and other brilliant Hawksmoor-esque offerings.

We for one, can’t wait.
